ZopMop ("ZopMop", "we", "us") operates the ZopMop website and mobile application (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the terms of this policy.

- Account information — name, email, phone number, city, address.
- Booking information — services you book, scheduled times, payment method last four digits, ratings and reviews.
- Device information — device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone.
- Location information — when you grant permission, approximate or precise location to match you with nearby pros.
- Communications — messages between you and ZopMop or service pros, support tickets.
- Marketing preferences — your choices on early-access and newsletter consent.
3. How we use your data
- To create and manage your account.
- To match you with verified pros and fulfil bookings.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To send transactional notifications (booking confirmation, ETA, completion).
- To improve the Service via analytics and quality monitoring.
- To send marketing emails or product updates only when you have opted in.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
4. Sharing & third parties
We share data only with:
- Service pros — your name, address and booking details so the assigned pro can deliver the service.
- Payment processors — to process transactions securely (we do not store full card numbers).
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, analytics and email delivery providers operating under data-protection contracts.
- Authorities — when required by law or court order.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see section 6).

- Request correction of inaccurate data.

8. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
