Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using ZopMop you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to ZopMop ("ZopMop", "we") and to you ("User", "you").

2. The Service

ZopMop is a technology platform that connects users with independent service professionals ("Pros") for home cleaning and related household services. ZopMop is not the provider of the underlying services and does not employ the Pros.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Bookings & pricing

• Service prices are shown in the app before you confirm a booking.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may adjust prices for new bookings; existing confirmed bookings retain the price you saw at booking time.
• We do not apply surge pricing.

5. Payments

You authorize ZopMop or our payment partners to charge your selected payment method. Payment may be captured after the service is completed. Failed payments may result in suspension of the Service for your account.

6. Cancellations & refunds

• You may cancel a booking before the Pro is en-route at no charge.
• Cancellation after the Pro is en-route may incur a fee equal to the travel cost.
• If a service is not delivered or is materially deficient, contact us within 48 hours; we will arrange a re-clean or a refund at our discretion.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Harass, threaten or harm Pros or staff.
• Submit false information or fraudulent payments.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service.

8. Pros and third parties

Pros are independent contractors. ZopMop screens and onboards Pros but is not responsible for their individual conduct. Disputes between you and a Pro should be reported to us so we can investigate.

9. Intellectual property

ZopMop, the Zop mascot, the wordmark and all related marks are owned by ZopMop. The Service and its content are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZopMop's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, or risk to our community. You may delete your account at any time from the app or by emailing hello@zopmop.com.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
